1. Acceptance of Terms-
The web pages available at https://oregongreenhouse.com and all linked pages (“the site”), are owned and operated by Oregon Greenhouse, LLC and are accessed by you under the Terms of Use described below. Read the terms of use before using the site or purchasing anything from Oregon Greenhouse. Any purchase at oregongreenhouse.com, by phone and email orders bound you the purchaser to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the site, use the content or any services offered here.
2. Website Use-
Restrictions- All unauthorized usage of information on this site violates copyright, trademark, and various other laws, and regulations.
Trademark- All trademarks and logos used and displayed on this site are registered and unregistered trademarks of Oregon Greenhouse, LLC., as well as our vendors and suppliers.
Copyright- All site content is owned by Oregon Greenhouse, LLC. and its licensors, and is legally protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
3. Order Acceptance & Shipping Policy-
Purchase or order confirmation does not mean your order has been fully accepted by Oregon Greenhouse, LLC. Additional verifications may be needed. Additional items may need to be added to an order, in which case we will contact you if there is a mistake on a web or phone order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. Purchaser is solely responsible for any and all fees incurred by Oregon Greenhouse, LLC due to bounced checks and insufficient funds at time of transaction processing. All orders must be paid in full. Orders under $1k are subject to shipping fees whether the order is placed on our website or over the phone. We offer free shipping on full greenhouse kits or orders over $1k within our “FREE DELIVERY” area shown on the map on our website. Anything outside of our “FREE DELIVERY” area is subject to shipping fees & those fees may either be included on your invoice or we may have to bill separately for shipping depending on which shipping method required.
4. Payment Options-
www.oregongreenhouse.com accepts all major credit cards. Phone orders may be paid by credit card, cash, check, or cashiers check. Checks require clearance prior to delivery of any product. Any returned or bounced check will add a $50 returned check fee to your invoice, plus any additional bank fees for processing. Any cash transactions require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery. All invoices must be paid within 30 days of the time the order was placed. If the invoice is not paid in full within 30 days, the invoice will incur 6% daily interest on any unpaid balance. After 90 days the invoice goes to a collections agency where you will be responsible for paying any collection fees associated with the unpaid balance. Special orders like a gothic style we cannot offer any returns or refunds on as we have to outsource fabrication & cannot ourselves get a return or refund.
4. Sales Tax-
Depending on the state you live in sales tax may be applicable.
Return Policy-
Every Oregon Greenhouse is a custom order. We offer a 24 hour “no questions asked” refund policy from the time of order. Your refund will be issued by check, minus any merchant service fees and mailed out in 3-7 business days from the time of the return approval. Credit card refunds require longer processing, generally 5-10 business days depending on your bank or credit card company & we have to determine if we can return the original method of payment, otherwise a check will be issued. Any merchant service fees will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Due to the enormous costs involved with producing a greenhouse, we are not able to offer refunds or returns once production has begun. We work tirelessly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers and clients. All orders must be paid in full. If there is any exception, any & all returned greenhouse kits at or after the time of delivery, are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Gothic style greenhouse kits are non returnable & nonrefundable as they are custom made through our fabricator which we are not able to return or refund once production has begun.
Greenhouse accessories may be returned in original, unopened packaging and are subject to a 30% restocking Fee.
Privacy Policy-
Oregon Greenhouse, LLC holds the highest commitment to protecting the privacy of our customers, potential customers, website visitors, employees and sub contractors. We will never sell or disseminate your private information to anyone for any reason.
All transactions are safeguarded with powerful encryption. We employ modern security features to ensure our site and your information is always safe.

Warranties-
FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This product is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship on our frames and hardware for a period of five years from the date of the original retail purchase. This limited warranty does not include warranties on the electric fans, motors, or any of the coverings that we sell. Some of those are covered by a separate manufacturer’s warranty.
This warranty does not cover defects or damage due to improper installation, alteration, accident or any other event beyond the control of Oregon Greenhouse, LLC. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, abuse or negligence voids all warranties. This warranty does not cover rips or damage that may result from normal use.
This warranty is nontransferable and is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. During the warranty period, Oregon Greenhouse, LLC shall repair or replace defective parts at no cost to the purchaser. Shipping charges and insurance are not covered and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Labor charges and related expenses for removal, installation or replacement components are not covered under this warranty. Oregon Greenhouse reserves the right to make substitutions to warranty claims if parts are unavailable or obsolete.
Oregon Greenhouse, LLC shall not be liable for loss of use of the product or other consequential expenses or damages incurred by the consumer for any other use then its intended use. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from the use of this product. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use to the extent permitted by federal or state law. Neither Oregon Greenhouse, LLC nor any of its representatives assumes any other liability in connection with this product.
All warranty claims must be made directly to Oregon Greenhouse, LLC. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of purchase will be required to process all warranty claims. Liability Disclaimer-
The information on our website might contain typos and other accidental inaccuracies. Oregon Greenhouse, LLC is not responsible for any such error(s). We do not maintain a regular website information update schedule. We may make changes at any time and without notice.
Oregon Greenhouse, LLC holds no responsibility for purchasers negligence. Purchaser is fully and solely responsible for the construction our our products. Oregon Greenhouse LLC is not liable for any damage due to weather conditions or natural disasters such as wind, hail, snow, fire or failure to follow installation instructions. Oregon Greenhouse, LLC products are strictly meant for legal cultivation. Any usage of our products in an illegal manner, as well as failure to comply with local permitting ordinances voids all warranty and liability by Oregon Greenhouse LLC. Manufacturers carry all warranties on greenhouse plastic or film, hand-cranks, motors, vents, fans and all other accessories.
Governing Law-
Oregon Greenhouse, LLC is a registered and legal limited liability company in the State of Oregon. We are governed by the State Laws and Statutes of Oregon. Any litigation will be in the sole jurisdiction of Oregon. Consent of Terms and Conditions means you are consenting to jurisdiction in the State of Oregon.
These Terms and Conditions are legally binding. They are the entire agreement between you and Oregon Greenhouse, LLC
